Property enquiries
You may submit property information to request a possible cash offer. Provide accurate information and submit only information you are authorized to share. An enquiry, website statement, conversation, or preliminary estimate does not create a purchase agreement or require either party to proceed.
Offers and purchase agreements
Every property is evaluated individually. We may request more information or an inspection and may decline an opportunity. Any purchase price, deposit, inspection condition, expenses, closing date, or other transaction term must be set out in a separate written agreement signed by the appropriate parties. That agreement governs the transaction, subject to applicable law.
Cash buyer service

Optional consent
You may opt in by selecting the optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our website enquiry form and submitting the form. By selecting it, you agree to receive the described messages from Hawk Homes at the phone number you provide and confirm that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number.
